Afternoon Tea.
On Saturday September 2nd I went to an afternoon tea, which was most excellent.
Unfortunately I became ill and fainted (due to existing health problems).
A lady on the adjacent table came to help, with the staff members Lisa and Eunice
(also one who's name I forget) , who are highly trained for this type of emergency. They were skilled, competent, kind, gentle, easy to talk to, most polite and friendly, taking good care of me, they stayed with me all the time, having skilfully transported me to a private area, they made sure I was alright after the paramedic had been also.
Thank you thank you, Lisa and Eunice for the best, care and attention anyone can give...

Poor customer value
Last summer I had the honour of attending the nuptials, of a very close friend, at the King St Townhouse.
Whilst the venue itself was smart and clean, the staff were polite and hard working and the organisation was good, I was concerned about a couple of aspects of my experience and thought it necessary to convey them to the management.
The first email was ignored so I sent a second, which elicited a response, stating that they would look into my accusations. It is now six months later and we have heard nothing.
So instead of cataloguing my initial criticism, I have decided to convey my disgust at their poor regard for a customer that spent a lot of money at their establishment. A business that sells itself as a quality venue should treat it's customers as quality human beings and at the very least, listen.
