DELAYED SHIPMENT

The show was on St. Patrick's Day. That's when I ordered the shirt. I didn't receive it until the first week of April. Why the delay? Two t-shirts cost almost $100 with shipping--DELAYED shipping. I'm happy to support my favorite band in all their endeavors, which is why I spent the money, but so monumental a delay is ridiculous. I bought two shirts prior to the two I bought on St. Patrick's Day from the DKM website--maybe two or so days prior--and they have YET to arrive. I'm strongly considering canceling the order. It shouldn't take a month to deliver two domestic t-shirts.

Great customer service

This is the first time I've ordered from the USA store. But I had no problems at all. The few questions I asked were allways answered quickly. The customer service was great and allways answered my query fully. I would recommend Kings Road to any one. Best of all is how quick delivery was from my parcel getting send out to me receiving it was less than a week. The crazy thing is my package came from the USA to the uk. Yet in my country I've had parcels take so much longer and they have come from the uk lol. I will definitely be buying items soon especially since the USA has more merch than the Europe one. But I had no problem with they customer service either. Whether it be the Europe or USA store I 💯 % recommend 👌 😃

Kings Road Merch provides an excellent service

I ordered several vinyls in a bundle in my last order from Kings Road Merch and everything went smoothly. Online purchasing was easy. The online shop is easy to navigate. The order tracking is visually easy to follow and is regularly updated. The vinyls were well and safely packaged. I had some questions about delivery options and the support team responded reasonably quickly and they were very nice and assisting. In my experience, they are professional and reliable and you can enjoy buying your favorite music and other merch carefree.

Failure by design

I ordered 5 items. One was a pre order for a record. So I was expecting my 4 items to show up with my record. No problem. Except two of my items I ordered didn’t get pulled and packed with my order. Two of the items were removed from sales in the time period of the presale. Never ordering anything with a presale item. The record was second to everything else I didn’t get. Contacted support and they couldn’t get my items. I’ll never have them because of packing policy. I’m extremely disappointed that two simple patches caused my order to be worthless

FedEx's error with exceptional service response

I put in an order and after a couple of weeks of not getting an update from the FedEx tracking number, stating that only a label had been print, I had to call in to make sure that it was actually shipped. The woman who was helping me, whose name I cannot remember, had me share the tracking number and came to the same conclusion then immediately shipped me another two coats.

The FedEx tracking number said that only a label had been created and nothing more after two weeks so it was suspicious. Five days after talking to a representative the original order shows up with a picture and nothing in the middle as far as the tracking the information. But in only 3 days after speaking to the representative I saw that the new order was already being shipped and tracking properly so there's nothing to be done but wear the first coats that arrived every day. About a week and a half later the next set arrived, today.

And so I've already decided that I have to buy the other 2 jackets and I'm happy to buy them. These jackets are outstanding and I'm actually glad to have a spare. So it all worked out in the end. Great product with a profound cause.

But I do need someone to call and take another payment from me please!
