An appalling company to deal with ,no interest in customer satisfaction ,none of there current staff have any understanding of how their sometimes very large products get delivered. No understanding of how their products work or care .Just astounded a company of Kingspan size should be so disinterested in their customers There are other manufacturers of similar products

Poor products and terrible customer service, as a groundwork’s subcontractor who has installed hundreds of foul systems over the last 20 years I will never touch another Klargester product again. We installed a foul pump chamber of Klargester’s on a new dwelling just over a year ago, the chamber itself has only been in use since the clients moved in June ‘25. It’s a house of only 2 elderly occupants and 4 weeks ago this pump failed beyond repair rendering it unusable. It took Klargester 2 weeks to send someone to site to confirm what I had already determined and it’s now 2 weeks on from that and I have had to have a very stern conversation with their rep to try and get a quote sent tomorrow to place an order for the works, I am informed their warranty, for what it’s worth, only lasts a year from delivery date. Never once have they contacted me to update me on the process and I have to constantly contact them to be left on hold for ages. Do not waste your money on one of their products, there are plenty of other more reputable manufacturers out there.

The Watchman Sensit took a bit of getting used to at first, especially because it kept disconnecting and I honestly wasn’t sure what was going on. I’m not very technical, so I was a bit worried I’d done something wrong during the setup. After speaking with support, lady Isabell, explained it was just that the tank was too far from the Sensit unit. Once we moved it a bit closer everything settled down and it’s been working perfectly ever since. What impressed me most was how simple they made it sound, even for someone like me you know, not the most techy person around :). There was a couple of mix‑ups at the start and I probbaly pressed the wrong button once or twice, but in the end it was much easier than I thought.

I started to use this company equipment almost from the beginning when it came to the market and with every update my experience was getting more and more comfortable because the equipment were getting more stable and more helpful with control of the fuel in several fuel tanks I have. A few times in early years I had lost the communication between the fuel tank device and the company server and I called the company asking for help and had very fast help. Thank you Marcin Smidoda for always find time to help me. I’m very impressed with fast help from you and always respectful attitude.
I did advised my friends to use this company service and wouldn’t hesitate to advise to any person or company that needs to have constant control of the fuel amount in their fuel tanks to use this company service.

Sounds like a trouble free solution to monitor oil level in tank.
Couldn't be further from the truth the equipment is unreliable. Doesn't provide any confidence and had to resort to dipping the tank a complete waste of time.
Customer service and guarantee is a waste of time. The warning triangle on the unit indicted a low battery ( albeit new) Customer services said ignore the warning, oil level not changing so changed the battery which apparently invalidates the warranty.!
Never buy this unit or deal with company unreliable equipment with nil Customer service back up

That little device, SENSiT has been a brilliant upgrade for keeping an eye on our oil tank, I’ve been using it for the last 6 months and its working. It’s reassuring to check the level on my phone anytime and get a warning before it gets too low, so we’re not worrying about suddenly running out in the middle of a cold spell. The app is straightforward. Dont expect magic but for the price is overall good.

Kingspan customer service and their product is appalling. The APP says I have no tanks installed which is incorrect, the USB device is connected to the wifi but thats it, nothing else responds. Tried connecting again, same issue which won't let you get passed this error every time. Contacted customer services over a week ago, no response. Would certainly not recommend the Sensit products. £120 complete waste of money and disgraceful service.

Had a non connected oil sensor for 20+ years, it was perfectly fine. Switched to their newer connected one, it's unreliable is meant to send one reading per day but does not, flaky firmware I would guess. Contacted support to ask some specific questions, one form email back and then ignored ever since

I purchased the Watchman Sensit system back in Dec 2025. I'm fairly IT literate and the setup went OK and the Android app worked fine. The sensor only updates once every 24 hours or so and has missed a couple of days, there does not appear to be a set time for the update. I've recently been trying to set my oil tank parameters (mine is not a listed) manually and having finally found the internal measurements of my bunded tank I'm now unable to amend the details as the app/server appear to be down. I've uninstalled/reinstalled but my login details are now not recognised. I've also asked (several times) for a password reset, none have appeared so far probably due to server issues. On reflection, it worked well whilst the server was up but the system appears to be unstable.

I have a feeling Kingspan were trying to offload a bunch of faulty devices by offering them free with the Watchman Tank Monitor. It's a simple install, works for a day then fails and no amount of resetting fixes it. I'm a network engineer an I cannot fix it! Customer support is appalling - voicemailbox full all the time, no callbacks, not a human in sight. I'd never buy any piece of tech from this company again.

My Kingspan Connect oil tank monitor keeps disconnecting and despite following the steps to reset the device it still doesn’t work. Whenever I call the helpline, it goes straight to voicemail or closes at 4 pm or isn’t open on a particular day. When I have emailed the support address it can sometimes take days to receive a response and when they do respond, they just provide you with the process which is available online which still doesn’t work. I am currently looking for another provider as I’ve had enough.

I called Kingspan and requested a call out to fix an issue with my heating, before the engineer arrived a friend managed to fix my issue. The call out charge was £247. Contacted kingspan again for a refund on 08/12/25, told refund was processed on 09/12/25 and would take 3-5 working days.. after 5 working days had passed i contacted them again on 17/12/25 to say i hadnt recieved my refund. I was then told the accountants department was now closed for christmas and all refunds would be paid on 05/01/26. Contacted kingspan again when i had not recieved the refund on the 5th. More excuses about the accounts department being in meetings and emails being sent to chase this up. Contacted again on 09/01/26 ( 1 month after initially being told my refund was processed) and threatened legal action and involving my bank to get this refund. Money finally back in my account on 13/01/25. 35 days after being told refund was processed. Avoid this company at all costs.

Don’t use them ! AVOID AVOID !
If I could give no stars I would
Had endless issues with our klargester , 2 new pumps and these parts are under 12 month warranty but within that time one failed and we had to pay a £450 call out charge even though their part failed
We appealed to them and basically they said tough we have to pay
Appalling customer service

Terrible piece of kit, would not communicate with the software. Software would not recognise the oil tank. Unable to set it up. Don’t touch it with a barge pole. Poor response from the helpline, technical support non existent?Do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost unless you like a challenge? Overpriced, outdated equipment!

I recently spent almost £100 on Kingspan’s Sonic Oil Level Monitor – that was my first mistake.
For around three weeks the monitor seemed to be showing a fairly accurate indication of the oil level in our central heating’s outside tank, but then it started showing odd indications and symbols, which weren’t covered in the “instruction manual” which accompanied the monitor kit.
So, I emailed Kingspan’s support team regarding this, but after a week had heard nothing, despite my receiving an acknowledgement email saying they would be in touch within 24 hours.
So I emailed them again, reminding them of the issue and also that I was still awaiting a response to my original email of over a week prior to this.
Several days later and still nothing.
So, I decided that I’m simply not going to put up with such poor, shoddy and non-existent customer service/support. This is particularly galling as I decided to buy Kingspan’s product instead of a (better, very slightly more expensive) rival one, specifically because it was locally made, and I wanted to support local industry – I’m in Northern Ireland as are Kingspan - that was my second mistake.
So, I have now returned Kingspan’s Sonic Oil Level Monitor for a refund, and ordered the competitor’s product.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought the Kingspan monitor, as if I had, I would never have even considered buying from them as the reviews of their service are shockingly bad.
That’s me done with supporting local industry now – I’ll be buying the better products from here on, and specifically never Kingspan again.
The customer service from this company is horrendous. After making initial contact on the 17th October and having to chase up correspondence several times I am still no further forward and awaiting response. All they seem to be bothered about is nullifying my warranty rather than trying to help. They still are yet to ask what the issue regards and do not respond to emails. Will I ever get a response or answer!?
The response left is a lie. I am still waiting for a response!

Sensit is not fit for purpose, Duped into purchasing a product that simply doesn’t work.
Connection issues constantly and when it did connect (once) it read double the amount of liters physically held in the tank so was 100% incorrect. Smashing stuff.
Emailed customer support twice (no repl) and no phone number to get in touch either.. The reviews of the product and the company speak volumes.
Reputation is everything.

Horrendous company, was booked for a call out/ service at over £400, when engineer came out he did t service it and just put a new belt on which I paid for on top, still charged the full amount. Needed new motor as other was corroded and had to pay over £2000 upfront. Charged for two engineers, only one came. Parts that was not needed was returned for refund straight away and too them two weeks to revive them from DPD they said 🤨. Over three weeks for a refund of just over £1000 parts and second labour. Constantly had to chase. Stay well clear- I will be now - shocking company
