Attention to detail
Been trying to get a particular trouser for a suit I own in a bigger size. Tried other outlets and was sent wrong trouser even though I had manufacturer and product code. Kingsize got it right first time and turned the order around in 24 hours. Excellent service. Also love the personalised hand-written note of thanks packed with the order...lovely touch.

Last minute suit
My autistic son failed to tell me his Debs was in 48 hours so went to the store in a panic. Our sales assistant Gary went above & beyond to make my son feel comfortable & at ease and we left with the most beautiful & comfortable suit for him. Thank you so much Gary for all of your help!
