Poor Customer Service
I ordered and paid for two cases of elderflower sparkling from this company a number of weeks ago. They delivered one of the cases 3 weeks ago, but not the second. I have since followed up with them by email three times and by phone twice to chase up the remainder of my order but have not had any response or been able to speak to anyone.
I am very unhappy that I have paid for two cases of elderflower but only been sent one. I am also unhappy with the lack of response and overall service provided.
