Booked minicab, had to cancel due to change in plans.
Company cancelled the cab but has not refunded me. Refund process was to email an address not listed on their website. The 'automated' profile system also doesn't work.
I have never received a refund of over £200 and I'm forced to try and contact a dead number or email a mailbox that doesn't respond. I would avoid using this company and avoid paying in advance for all of these services.

FYI - I've called 2 days ago and now been told I will have a refund yesterday and this has not been issued. I have called today 3 times and the line goes dead. Your services are not working.

The office staff was very friendly and professional.And so was the driver who phoned me when he picked up our visitor and said she was safe and delivered to destination.He didnt have to do this but he obviously sensed I was anxious that she was safe .Thank you driver so much you are a star
