Wouldn’t even offer one star. Lesson learnt don’t go to cheap barbers. Asked for a medium fade; instead received the highest fade possible and to top it off the right side is lower. Annoyingly paid an... See more

Fantastic barbers
Fantastic barbers.
Very friendly staff, lovely clean environment too. Couldn’t fault it at all.
Worst haircut I have ever had
Worst haircut I have ever had. I said to the guy what I wanted and didn’t listen. I would never go back there .
I get my hair cut somewhere else but…
I get my hair cut somewhere else but the guy missed a bit so I popped in kings and one of them sorted it for free helpful and not bad customer service thank you.
The barber messed up my hair
The barber messed up my hair, I wasn't too bothered so I didn't say anything, it wasn't too bad so I let it go. But two weeks later, I went to the same shop with a different barber, he was being rude and said who cut you hair last? Did you do it yourself at home? He was trying go be funny because he noticed the mistake from the last time. Not knowing that it was his colleague working in the next seat that cut my hair last. These people are so rude and should not be making fun of people's hair, regardless. Also their fade and lineup wasn't great anyway. I'm now getting my hair cut with Turkish barbers. Better service, experienced staff, they offer tea and coffee etc. So avoid Kings barbers.
Don't waste your money
They cut my husbands hair line really far back didn't blend his hair properly and the lines they cut are not even straight...and as his hair is really long it's going to take years to fix the mess they made. I wouldn't have paid if I would have been there it's a insult to charge £30 for this mess. Will never go again
Horrible experience
Horrible experience, the Barber was constantly hitting my head. No patience and I needed to cut my hair in another place. It costs me 18£. I will never use again.
Not sure
So, just to be clear, I'm unaware of how good this place is at cutting hair (which is probably the most important thing). However, in terms of customer service/experience, it has been pretty bad. I booked an appointment for the next day (on their website), and then called within an hour of booking to cancel and was told it's not a problem(....). A few days later I requested an update on my cancellation and still haven't seen a refund, so I e-mailed them to remind them of the situation. Still no reply and no refund after almost 2 weeks since booking. Can't recommend based on this experience unfortunately.
