No customer service at Kingroon
Put in an order on the 19th of January. Order is not shipped. There are no updates on status. There is no communication with the company through there chat system or there email. There are no options on there website for changing or canceling and order. I would not do business with them directly maybe order one of there printers from a trusted source. I will contact my credit card company today to get assistance with a refund since I can't get any response from the company.

Error 404 company not found
I ordered some stuff from kingroon.com and would like to write a review about them, but they never arrived.
First order with a 3D printer is still not shipped, because printers were not avvailable until 16th of January.
Second order with some accessories is more than 35 days now in delay and Kingroon are not replying on the emails, so no trusworthy information about status of this order is available to me. :/
Even if the first order with the printer is shipped today, I only hope I won't wait for another 30 days or more to receive it... :(
UPDATE: of cource this review was removed from Kingroon's website on the next day.
