I ordered two pairs of shoes over £700 but made a mistake by not putting the business name of where it was to be delivered to but it had the right address and my name on it. I got confirmation that it had been delivered but did not recognise the picture where they delivered it to and the person's name that received the delivery and in the picture that dpd send you as proof of delivery the tape has been removed from one of the boxes and is open. Have been in contact with customer service and they said they had sent me a email at 11.00 am today which I never received. And now they are saying because I forgot to put the name of the business on the address that they have delivered it to the right address and are limited as to what they can do and are not even bothered that I have potentially just spent £700 for something I don't even have. I will not recommend or be purchasing from them again and feel as a company they could do more to put this right with better customer service.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 4 ,I ordered this on Thursday and it came in 2 days (Saturday ) .Well packed ,no damages on the box . Everything came in correct and came before I even wanted it .
