What a strange company. First, they sent personalized promotional offers via email, and when I made a deposit and met the conditions to receive the bonus, they wrote that, "The bonus is not for me, but it's the administration's decision, so the basic question is, why are you sending it to me via email and trying to convince me to play?"

The terms and condition state that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days.
The time has passed and the withdrawal is still pending. Support is stalling, not giving concrete timeline. Might adapt rating if the payout happens, but after seeing all the negative reviews I doubt it.

I emailed multiple of times and I won 500 and I’ve waited over 60 hrs for my withdrawl e transfer to arrive to my account and all they say is oh processing and our finance team is still doing their jobs. Then I said you should hire over 100 people and e transfer is fast and doesn’t take 2-3 business days to arrive into your account. I contacted 3-4 days in a row emailing. Their live chat doesn’t work in Canada. Go f yourselves. I told them today if I don’t recieve my winnings by tonight or afternoon I’ll write bad reviews all over social media and etc. If that’s what they want I’ll do that. C what will happen next. If they don’t care I’ll call the company on Google Maps I saw 4-5 locations. Germany, Italy and I’ll call one of them and file a report to close down this casino and get my money. This isn’t legal. I’m serious I told them. If I receive my money by tonight then I’ll erase all negative reviews .

For starters, I've never won once on this casino. Sure people have bad times and unlucky streaks but on this site I've had a bad streak for months. Also they do not care at all if you want your account closed, I emailed them multiple times to close my account as I was having no fun and no wins, it was damaging mentally. Then even after these emails, they send promos via email and they tell you to gamble. I have ss of every email I've sent them with no reply for days. This casino sucks, they deserve no recognition and they do not deserve your money especially. If you have stake, that is as good as it gets, atleast they'll listen to you, and you'll get your money. DO NOT PLAY THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

Zum Glück lebe ich in Deutschland und habe eine Versicherung, die einen Anwalt abdeckt. Glaub mir, du wirst mir jeden Cent meines Verlustes zurückgeben und die polizeiliche Anzeige (Betrug) gemäß § 263 StGB bezahlen. Du bist bei der Glücksspielbehörde GGL registriert, und die Klagen basieren auf den §§ 823, 826 und 812 BGB.

After a few I did end up winning a little bit of money. I have waited an incredibly long time for my withdrawal. They are liars and keep telling me to be patient and would “look into it” only coming back every single time to tell me they contacted the finance team directly and they are CURRENTLY processing it. Apparently now it takes 11 days to finish a process that should take 5 minutes. Liars and cheats. I will be contacting the PAGCOR to file a complaint against them if I do not receive it soon. I would not recommend wasting a dollar on this company.

Total scam – they stole my money overnight!

I’ve played on Kingmaker Casino for several days, winning and losing normally. Yesterday, my account balance was €1,030.05, and I even took a screenshot for proof. The next morning, my balance was suddenly €0.05 — gone overnight. No one accessed my account, and I didn’t play a single game after that, maybe them.

Their support never replies, no phone number works, and they completely ignore all messages. This is not just bad service — this is fraud.

I am an influencer with over 270,000 followers, and I will be publishing this story very soon. I’ve already spoken with lawyers and journalists in Germany, and court proceedings will begin in 72 Hours if I don’t get my money back, i won’t even try contacting them again, i know you are seeing this Kingmaker and the time is ticking. A dispute of all the transactions is already in progress.
