Great products and good shopping experience. Shipping could be a bit faster. There was no estimated delivery time given. In the end I got it before Christmas and the receiver of the presents was very excited.

Order delivered by DHL to the wrong address!
My order was delivered by DHL to a wrong address. I contacted the customer service of King Louie and they told me to re-order again, since they can't resend the parcel to the correct address. How overly complicated :(
I just hope, the dresses I ordered are still available! I love the King Louie style.

I saw this coat in the flagship store in AMS but didn't have room in my suitcase at the time. I came home and ordered online. The coat is LUXURIOUS. Love the lining and how SOFT the fabric is. I got so many compliments as well. It's also surprisingly warm given how light it is. Easy to order online and super fast shipping.
