Beautiful Blouse
I ordered a blouse which had a beautiful fabric, style and pattern. I would have kept it, but when I stood with my hands on my hips, which I do very often, the front of the blouse pulled open so that my bra was visible. Unfortunately, there was no larger size available and I reluctantly returned this gorgeous blouse. The order and return processes were very quick and easy. I hope to order from King Louie again!

KingLouie is shipping my parcel to my billing adress, not my shipping adress. If KingLouie can't work with a proper shipping agent, you can't shop from KingLouie. This is so very disappointing.

Mixed feelings
The jumpers are great, the delivery not so much. Why choosing Bpost for the delivery, while Bpost was already on strike for one week? I received my parcel 3 weeks after my order. Also, there's no need to send an order's evaluation request and two reminders while the order is still being delivered

Money return package still not received after 3 weeks
I ordered 2 packages online (240€), which I returned in good condition. This was more than 3 weeks back. I got an email that they received the return package, but the money is still not returned.
They are not available by phone, and not responding to my emails. Starting to think this store is a scam. Incredibly frustrating, especially because I can't reach anyone to look into it.

Good quality, great services, sizing can be better
The quality is really good! Amazing service! But one star less for sizing… I got think in 42 that fit, some are really too big and some too small… depends on the cut of the garment. But it was easy to return what doesn’t fit and free!

Don’t know where my package is…
I've been waiting for my package for over a week now. They told me they had it but that the apartment door was missing (which isn't true; all the details are perfectly correct on the order). They haven't delivered it. I don't know where it is, and I can't get any answers from UPS. It was important for me to receive the shirt on time. Now I don't even know if I'll ever get it. The service is terrible.
When I finally, after complainig, got it, the shirt was fantastic. My only problem has been UPS
