Excellent experience
Excellent experience, ordered a few items now, a chain, a bracelet and a pendant. All items were delivered on time and I was kept updated through the process, amazing customer service via Instagram! Definitely recommend purchasing, and I will definitely be buying again.

Broken chain (cheap quality)
The chain looks great and feels somewhat nice but a link broke after 2 weeks of owning the chain. The pendent is very nice. Overall I am unhappy with my purchase and will not return.

I'm sorry to hear about this man :( Like any ecommerce shop, sometimes it's not possible to cancel orders once they have started to be processed. We've just doubled checked and don't seem to have received an email about your refund request after you received your chain.
