This company are an absolute joke.
This company are an absolute joke.
I received a fly tipping fine of £400 for something that wasn’t even me. Even with CCTV footage proving it wasn’t me they will still try to scare you into paying a fine and throw weak threats at you.
I have appealed the fine showing them CCTV footage of a cardboard box being removed by a resident and put in a collection point for the local bin men to remove an the box was beside the bins as they was full. They had a cheek to explain I had a duty of care for the box even though the location it was in was in before that was the designated area. But because the resident has moved it out of kind will for collection I’m now having to pay £400!
I have never experienced a company like this. I don’t know how the employees sleep at night.
I have contacted trading standards and I’m hoping anyone else that has had a bad experience does the same. They need to be closed down.
This company is absolutely scandalous…
This company is absolutely scandalous they should be very ashamed of themselves. For fining a lady of 83 for fly tipping and empty box that she placed in overloaded full bin. They have said she has to pay£600 which she doesn't have they target weak elderly frail people instead of the real fly tippers to fund there disgraceful company they should be shut down

Would give it 0 stars if i could!! The most useless security ive ever come across. A bunch of monkeys could do better. A fully grown man threatening to punch me in the face whilst in a supermarket right in front of security who did absoloutly nothing!! Few days later same guy in the same place threatens a member of staff, security still allowed him to carry on shopping!! Absoloute joke. Couldn't organise a pi** up in a brewery.
They use psychological tactic they use to install fear.
They think people do not understand laws.
They find a sloppy story to fine FNP and PNC.
DO NOT PAY, CHALLEGE IT.
They make you think you have committed a crime, threaten you with Police. They use psychological tactic they use to install fear. Don't pay it , they cannot do anything about it. Court will dismiss the case and edited video footage cannot submit to the court. Without CCTV footage, witness and proper document court will dismiss the case. Even it dose dose to court , speak to good solicitor.
Poor Service and Intimidation
This company relies on intimidation instead of clear communication. Charges appear excessive, evidence is weak, and customer support offers no real help. Dealing with Kingdom Services was stressful and frustrating, with no sense of professionalism or fairness throughout the entire process.
Terrible unprofessional service
Terrible unprofessional service. I am an employee with Kingdom Security. They've paid me the wrong hourly rate on a number of occasions getting wrong wages. When you try to contact managers you are met with Rudeness and Arrogance. Highly unprofessional.
Many Councils have dropped this Company…
Many Councils have dropped this Company and its revenue sharing contracts due to the behaviour of its Environmental Officers who will target the Elderly or those more likely to pay up than to call them out for what they really are.
East Lindsey District Council .... remember it is irresponsible and a failure of governance to outsource to company who's business model and internal training is to make as much money as possible through fixed penalty notices.
Challenge them in court
Challenge them in court. They make frivolous threats. Scammers ! Literally. They know I shouldn’t have been given a PCN but they are still insisting. I see you Alex Dunphy evil pure evil.
Terrible experience worst agency I've spoken too by far
Bag of poo offered me one job which I couldn't attend as I had a very very important thing to go to which I won't say here but said I can attend the next day I got no response tried calling and messaging several times too. Then a few days after got a message to start work I replied yes with all my details and Paige called me giving it all the yes we will send an email now etc to start tomorrow that never came after I messaged multiple times for it too Terrible agency or just I got a terrible worker she was rude also so yeah I wouldn't recommend especially not if someone called Paige calls.
Impersonate a police officer
A man identifying himself as “Ballard” from King Security—acting on behalf of the London Borough of Newham—attended my address. He conducted himself in a manner that led me to believe he was a police officer, even threatening arrest despite having no lawful authority to do so. Such behaviour may constitute an offence under Section 90 of the Police Act 1996, which makes it unlawful to impersonate a police officer or to act in any way calculated to falsely suggest that one is a constable or has the powers of a constable.
Scum
Scum, fined a woman £300 for trying to donate her late husband clothes to a charity
This is about the town of Northampton…
This is about the town of Northampton where these untrained thugs clearly have an agenda to raise extra cash at every opportunity for a financially bust Clowncil
I’ve see people get chard for an obvious error or mishap in dropping little bits of litter like receipts and cause shock and distress with their very aggressive approach- no public service enhances its image but having a private police force . Disgraceful company but you have to blame the politicians that endorse and allow such bad behaviour zero points and sub zero respect

This is extremely bad and lacks any solid evidence for issuing fine notices.

Received 2 penalties (£550) outside my own property, one for leaving a few small pieces of wood against my wall on private land, the second for "cigarette" i dont smoke and never have. they didnt even speak to me personally but my tenant, just knocked on every door on my private road and did door to door fines over small boxes etc, they rely on you being confused because, you dont expect them to knock on your door and complain about rubbish in your own garden at 7 am absolute joke
Worse and worse......
Unbelievable!!! Be warned!!!!! Today I viewed the BodyCam footage requested by me of my incident. It was highly and selectively edited and therefore appeared to show that I had admitted to an offence, which I had definitely not....I have now requested the full footage. Footage must contain continuous time and date sequence to be valid. Frankly, I do not hold out much hope for this. Definitely a company with no moral standards it appears!!!!!....
Targeting The Weak & Vulnerable
My wife got fined today for dropping a cigarette but on floor outside the Bullring shopping centre.£150
First time encounter with so called litter wardens. My wife who is 5ft tall and 63 years of age was followed into the Bull Ring shopping centre by a 6ft tall aggressive warden who towered over her.
My wife who was already upset because a homeless man outside started harassing her, hence in her hurry dropped the cigarette but to come inside.
She tried to explain this to the warden and offered to pick it up.
Now where these Wardens operate on this entrance there are no bins within 200m for smokers to put their cigarettes ends. Therefore easy targets.
I wonder if he would have done the same to a male over 6ft.
My wife started to cry and was visibly shaken. I hope this Warden is proud of his actions picking on vulnerable old women.
I am sure he has got his bonus for the day.
So a warning to anyone visiting Birmingham city centre.
If there was an option for zero stars then that would have been my score not even deserving zero to be honest.
I know this review will fall on deaf ears at Birmingham City Council & Kingdom Services. There is no Government Body to regulate these contracts, it just a license for Birmingham City Council to print money and for Kingdom Services to line their pockets by picking on easy targets.
Deeply Disappointed by Intimidating Conduct and Disregard for Basic Rights
I am writing this review to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience I had involving the issuance of a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) for smoking and dropping a cigarette butt in a public area. While I fully understand and respect the need for laws and regulations to maintain cleanliness and public health, the manner in which this situation was handled was, in my view, both unprofessional and deeply unsettling.
The officer involved, named Rathore, displayed behavior that was unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. From the moment of contact, he raised his voice and stood uncomfortably close to me, breaching my personal space without any justifiable reason. His tone and body language conveyed hostility rather than a professional or constructive approach to law enforcement. As a member of the public, I expect to be treated with a basic level of respect and courtesy—regardless of the alleged infraction.
The experience left me feeling harassed rather than corrected. At no point was there an effort to calmly explain the nature of the offense or my rights in the situation. Instead, I was immediately labeled an “offender,” with no acknowledgment of context or opportunity to respond. It is extremely concerning that an organization or enforcement body would operate in this manner, with little regard for individual dignity or proper de-escalation practices.
What’s more troubling is that this kind of approach appears systemic. If companies or enforcement bodies like this are permitted to act without oversight or accountability, it undermines public trust in the institutions designed to serve and protect. There must be mechanisms in place to ensure fair treatment, respectful communication, and adherence to fundamental human rights—especially during interactions involving enforcement officers.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously by the appropriate supervisory bodies. Officers tasked with issuing fines and maintaining public order should be trained not only in regulatory enforcement, but also in respectful public engagement, conflict de-escalation, and the ethical application of their authority.
No member of the public should feel threatened or belittled while being held accountable for a minor infraction. It is time for a thorough review of how such organizations operate, and whether they are fit to carry out public-facing responsibilities
