King and McGaw Reviews 

Outstanding service and framing. There are many art print and framers online. I have used some of them prior to my order from King and McGaw but they are poor by comparison. King and McGaw not only have a huge selection of high quality prints and limited editions but their framing is impeccable.
I will be ordering again, they're not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for.

A company is the whole of its parts and the end of the process is the delivery of the product
Having ordered a frame print my heart sank when I discovered the courier was DPD.
The print and packeting was first class. I was informed by DPD of a 1 hour time and date of delivery. They never turned up - despite stating they had called and no one was in. I have a door bell camera and no one visited .
DPD the gave another time slot and date for the following day and again failed to turn up. Again the message came through and stated no one was at home. Again the doorbell camera showed no one came near the house

After numerous emails they eventually turned up 4 hours after the stated time. At no time were any cards left at the house and it is extremely difficult to contact DPD by phone

I have learnt a lesson and that is I shall not use a firm that employs DPD as it’s courier

I have made 2 purchases now and am very happy with both. Both pictures were well packed and ready to hang with raw plugs and hanging screws included.
I'll be browsing their website later for my next purchase.

This was a present for my son’s birthday which now has been ruined.

What a lovely experience purchasing from this company. First-time customer, purchased a Lowry piece - Landscape in Cumberland. I baulked a little at the delivery cost at first but realised on delivery why it is so expensive. It's mostly all in the packaging. Put together with real care and attention.

I have a strong belief that in life, mostly, you get what you pay for. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I'm already looking at a second buy.

Very poor quality print of a Henri Rousseau painting (though on very heavy paper). returned for refund. Nowhere near the museum quality their website claims, avoid these rip off poor quality prints

Third purchase from this company - superb quality prints with immaculate framing - on the sole occasion I had to contact customer service ( it was a birthday present and I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time) customer service was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I’ve bought quite a lot of prints over the years from K&M, mostly L S Lowry. They are always helpful and the Artwork always arrives well packaged and in perfect condition. Simply how excellent companies should be. Personally? Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. Thank you 🙏🏽

We wanted a picture to go above the fireplace in our newly decorated living room. We wanted one that added something to the room but didn't fight with our colour scheme, so we looked at many options on the 'inspiration' section of the King and McGaw website before settling on Distant Colour by Libby Smart in a black satin frame. It arrived today, beautifully framed and ready to hang. We are completely delighted.

The first time I have bought a print from this company & it will not be the last.
The print is of a fantastic quality, I was nervous, buying online but it’s better that I imagined a print could be, beautiful. Really high quality.
Very well packaged and speedily delivered.
Next time though, I think for an extra £60 I will get them to frame it.

I received my second purchase order from King and McGaw today of an abstract framed print from the same artist I purchased before. It’s perfect and so much better in its colour vibrancy than expected. The service from the Company is always excellent and I would not hesitate to make another purchase from them or recommend.

The prints are very good quality. But the frames are the best I’ve found. I’ve bought similarly priced prints from the likes of John Lewis, Juniqe, Poster store etc and the frames from these companies are over priced rubbish. But from King and McGaw it is another matter. The frames makes what would be just prints in to fantastic pieces of quality art. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I have received four prints from this company and each time has been a 5 star service. The quality of the prints is exceptional…. The website is easy to use and provides different payment methods. The delivery time is very quick and the prints are packaged really well. I would definitely recommend using this company to purchase prints of your favourite art 😊

I've purchased three different prints from King & McGaw and am extremely satisfied with the results. As someone from a museum and arts background (aka a geek), I particularly appreciate the comprehensive packaging the prints arrive in. The quality of the frames, panels and - of course - the artwork is second to none.

I was initially apprehensive due to pricing, as you never know until it arrives, but definitely worth paying that bit extra for piece of mind that your artwork is being wrapped and shipped by arts professionals. Will continue to use again.

A company that has no morals when it comes to its employees. No proper procedures that normal companies have with regards trial periods, feedback, performance reviews etc. They just get rid of staff with no explanation. Worst place i ve ever worked. Manager and director are useless.

What an absolutely excellent service. Our print arrived exactly when they said it would and was packaged extremely safely.

Ordered framed print of Monet ‘The Japanese Bridge’. Arrived today fantastic quality print beautifully framed with white mount and acrilic glazing. Excellent service Good value.
