The first order didn't even arrive, and after one month I found out that is stocked at the delivery company totally damaged. For the second order, after I purchase the items, they message me that two of the wines were not in stock.
Prices are competitive, products are as described, swift delivery and carefully packaged. For now, nothing to complain. Will buy again
I ordered some wine from this company to be delivered to my hotel while visiting Romania.
I received an order confirmation, but no delivery advice, so I tried to contact the company by email and phone - no response. First when my farther in law called them from local phone they responded immediately. They said that they do not respond to foreign phone numbers but this doesn't explain why they never responded to my emails.
The wine was already shipped and I received it before leaving. The wine was wrapped very carefully. Prices are competitive.
My only problem with this company was missing info about shipment and no answer when trying to contact them.
