Server runs great and the Support staff is awesome!!

The majority of the service is great. It is actively updated and has a lot of pre-existing QOL

(customizable schedules, quick backups, clean panel, sftp access, and some tools that are probably specific to the game you're hosting. you should check their actual page for more information).

The support is reliable too, even though I've never needed to have them do something for me. They will give you a concise and genuinely useful answer if requested.

The pricing isn't bad, in-fact, it is better than most hosts and doesn't restrict you to 'decent' specs at first purchase like other hosts that have low prices too.

The only problem that I have is that it is somewhat misleading with how good it is for modded servers/modpacks.

Even though it is upgradeable (2x base for 9$. 0.3$ per GB), the base storage capacity is not large at all for heavy modpacks like ATM10. You nearly use up half of the storage by pregenerating a 5000x5000* block area, so it feels like you're limited to the spawn area whenever you play on a heavy modpack.

Their old package system would actually be preferable if the statement about simply requesting more storage and getting it was true, even if it was pricier and less convenient.

*: Perhaps I have a distorted sense of space, but this does not feel that big to me.

Great performance for the price

I bought their 16GB package to play ATM10 with friends, which gives really good performance for only 15$.

I've had a few connectivity hiccups but they are very few and far between.

The server control panel is easy to use and understand. They also make it easy to make multiple servers.

There are definitely better hosts out there, but Kinetic can't be beat with their price to performance.

Cody migrated three servers from another hosting service. Not only was he very responsive and fast to reply, but the server performance on all three of my Minecraft servers seems to exceed that of my previous host, for $30 less a month and with MORE RAM. I haven't been a customer long, but if the customer service and performance of the servers remain as good as this experience then I suspect I'll be a customer for a long time! Thanks, Kinetic.

I was unable to use the service provided by kinetic hosting due to poor health, immediately I was able to talk to a operator named "Kaitlyn" (removing the hassle of AI communication). Instantly she not only solved my problem but also offered to get old save files back if we needed them.

Got a cheaper deal and a better machine than on any of the big name hosters, had an issue where I couldn't make a beta modpack to run and even when I gave up they still went on trough and solved it for me, amazing.

Very nice staff, easy to control interface and the prices are really low for such good servers!

Using the built in Kinetic Panel is really easy, its very well designed and user friendly.

I had some questions about functions i didnt understand and then i contacted the Support on Discord, after a short wait I got some help and they explained everything very good! They even went as far as explaining why to use stuff and how it could affect the Minecraft player experience.

All in all they were pretty helpful and friendly. 10/10!!!!
