Great company to deal with. Excellent communications and very responsive.

No fee for storing my allocated metal plus earning a monthly yield for the past three years. Before transferring to Kinesis I had been paying vault fees for many years. I can now quickly redeem metal or withdraw funds at any time and use Kinesis as my bank.

Never had a problem with the platform.
Gold, silver and a large verity of crypto is available. Easy to use as well.

I like the interface and easy of use and trust Kinesis as been using them for many years now since inception.

This company is from the bottom up honest and trustworthy in all aspects.

Well, I am holding KVT since the beginning (initial offering) so much more than 5 years.

I would say the communication was not the best and there is no interest to keep the people who help buying KVT at the beginning.

Promises has not being maintained. KVT is not bringing much to the holders.
I rarely use the app for this reason, project and its team need to gain back my trust.

I helped to find a big bug on the UI while I was able to sell KVT even if it was not supposed to happen and no rewards or no recognition from the team and project.
Other project PAYS a lot, here nothing. Not even a written thanks. Just the operator at the end of the call, thanks for letting us know about it. Wow!

It is something that could have been done better

I read the Kinesis white paper years ago and was hooked on the idea of precious metals-backed digital currencies. Dipped my toe in fairly early. Got my wife an account as well. Then got us each a few KVTs and built a nice little checking and short-term savings account in KAUs and KAGs.

Our goal is to maintain at least a month's worth-of expenditures on balance and pay each month's bills with the previous month's deposits. As long as we're spending money, might as well get a velocity yield in gold and silver. Also, there's a very good chance that the KAUs and KAGs we spend this month will have more purchasing power than the dollars we exchanged them for last month.

Of course you don't put all your eggs in one basket. You shouldn't venture in this space if you don't already have your safety stack at home. But to the "if you don't hold it (physically in hand) you don't own it" crowd, my reply is that there is no economic activity but the most primitive barter without some form of trust. We need a viable alternative between unlimited issuance of government currency and the ponderous transactional limitations of a society that can only deal with "coin on the barrel head."

I have now been a Kinesis member since 2018. I am proud to see how this platform has grown over the years. From their Andrew Maguire/Shane Morand podcasts to their consistent email updates, Kinesis keeps me well informed of their mission. I have traded and vaulted multiple assets on their platform including Gold, Silver, Bitcoin and Ethereum. I have done so with very little issues and when I do have issues, I simply email their support team and my concerns are validated and addressed. Well done Thomas Coughlin and the Kinesis team. Onwards and Upwards.

Convenient and user-friendly website, quick transactions, and great service.

Not great. I signed up for the card, thinking I could pay in GBP, which I cannot - only stable coins.
Even if I use stable coins, I get charged 1.5% because I am spending GBP in the UK and not $$$.
Also, the "free" offer of 0.5oz silver is only if you spend $3000 on their services.
BUT the main reason for the 2 stars is that you are assigned a "personal account" manager. BUT he rarely replies which is poor.

Personally I would not keep any money in here. I cancelled my account after 5 days.

It seems that there are issues with accrediting money from your bank to the Kinesis account. After several attempts and some days of waiting my account manager solved this problem. Thank you Mr Ragu.
