Hi Nigel, really sorry to hear that you are still having trouble on the tapping method of the card. I believe Tom reached out with links to our online support and also sent a personalised video. When tapping the card, it may be the case the device you are using is not compatible with NFC. A full compatibility list is published on our site. Equally, if the device is not compatible, the QR code can be scanned to display your details also.
I will reach out to you directly over email to see if we can provide any additional support resource so that you get the most out of your business card.

Blown away by the customer service!
I was recently set the challenge of finding a one tap business card supplier.
After a few google searches and calls we decided to work with Kinect. The prices are reasonable, the set up process was quick and stress-free.
Any questions I had were picked up quickly and answered clearly.
We did have an issue with one of the cards but a replacement arrived the next working day!
The team here all love their cards and I am blown away by the customer service!

First of really sorry that you have experienced issues with our shipping partners. having looked at your order details I can see that the order was place on the 31st of March and it was shipped within 1 working day on the 3rd of April.
From there, our shipping partners at the Royal Mail have been sat on your item for a week, with the shipment out for delivery today (11th April)
We completely apologise that you have been on the receiving end of poor service from our shipping 'partners' at the Royal Mail and you have every right to be annoyed.
With that in mind, I had raised your complaint on our improvement log as part of our Quality Policy and I will refund the price paid for shipping to your card.

Interface is wack
Ordered a customisable business card hoping it would be fully customisable. Unfortunately customised Kinect cards don’t allow you to rewrite the nfc tag to wherever you wish. You are forced to use their own link page which looks quite outdated, doesn’t always work smoothly and has broken links.
The card itself came out good but the link it opens is the most important thing!
Customer service is poor sent out card 11 days after my design was confirmed and approved. Selected 2 business days at checkout.
Still haven't heard back from customer support after enquiring twice. Not worth the price they are charging to be honest

Thanks for the feedback, although we are disappointed you feel this way.
So first of all, all of our cards arrive programmed to your profile page that is powered by the Kinect Card App. The landing pages we feel are well represented on the website, allowing transparency to our customers about what the landing page looks like.
In regard to the 11 day delivery time, I think there is some confusion here. the delivery option is representative of the shipping method, not the production time. You voted for 2 days delivery, this is not in relation to the production time.
Here is an timeline
Order placed 7th March 6.25pm
Mock up sent 9th 16:49
Design confirmed 9th 16:54
Order scheduled to print 10th 09:05
11th /12th Production closed (Weekend)
Dispatched on 16th
The total production time was 7 working days
The shipping was 2 working days as selected.
I am also keen to say that it was not communicated / agreed that we would program your card to any thing but the Kinect Card profile. If this had been requested before ordering or on the order comments, we could have happily accommodated you, we do this quite frequently on the premises that your requirements are communicated to us.
Finally on customer support, I have had a look and I agree, you did email our team on the 20th (the day your card arrived) at 18:30 and hands up, we completely missed the email and we do sincerely apologies for that. We are reviewing what controls can be implemented to minimise the risk of this happening again.
Your second support request was using our online chat tool on Friday 24th 7pm, unfortunately our team were out of office (our hours are published online)

Kinect Card - it would be silly not to have one
I think this is the best Business card you can have. We opted for the Enterprise version which gives you a whole new platform to promote your business. With the possibility of creating multiple customised themes, it allows you to have a dedicated theme for different aspects of your business. I would strongly recommend Kinect Card to anyone that wants be sustainable and innovative.
Within 3 days of confirming the order and details needed, we had our cards. The support to set up the card was explained very simply and was extremely easy to implement.

Great product, great service!
What a great product, and a lovely, friendly company to deal with - really excellent customer service. We're very excited to start using our cards - we chose the eco-friendly bamboo ones, flooded them with an all over background colour both sides with our logo white out, and the print quality was excellent. They're simple to set up, easy to use, and the app is great too. It's the future!
