I have been using the mojo patches for months now and really do feel that they make a difference. I have more energy and I feel better able to deal with difficult issues at work. I am a 52 year old female - perimenopausal and yes, I would definitely recommend. The only downside would be that they are a bit too sticky and on occasion can hurt when peeling off, and sometimes leave a mark on my skin.
