Very poor experience …

My purchase will take 15 days to arrive at the destination. It wasn’t shipped out for 10 days and then 5 more days to arrive at the destination. This was a gift for a child’s birthday and it will end up taking 15 days to complete the shipment. This is what they say is the date it will arrive. Time will tell. Totally unacceptable!! I had to email support twice. They lost track of my order.

Ordered 4 glass ornaments for Christmas…

Ordered 4 glass ornaments for Christmas last year. Two came with correct "First Christmas" dates. Two were incorrect. Company corresponded first few contacts the first of this year, but am no longer receiving responses to my calls or emails. Ended up just making labels with correct dates to cover up the wrong imprinted dates. Disappointed with customer service

Never received!!

ordered a fathers day gift for my husband. Says it was delivered, but I never received the order. Have emailed several times and get no response. Definently not recommended.

No customer service

Placed a custom order on June 3, 2025. I have a confirmation email & my credit card has been charged. My order number does not work on their website & I can't get any status of when my order will arrive. Terrible customer service!

Definitely a scam, ordered some hats, said they were delivered never received, money was immediately deducted on the day I ordered, have contacted multiple times no response

Slow delivery from China

Wish I had known how many weeks the delivery was going to be from China. The “First Easter” gift I ordered more than two weeks ahead did not make it in time.
