Dangerous driver

Dangerous driver - Reg PK72 XND

Doing 45/50mph after the Wallasey toll booths going towards Liverpool. Nearly crashed into him (missed him by a few inches, had to emergency break) as didn’t see him since he was speeding so fast. I had my indicator on to switch lanes and just sped straight past me. He was swerving all over the place in the tunnel, he was also tailgating everyone and overtaking on the inside lanes, he also went through a red light by the Liver Building junction. This was on 21/08/2025 at about 7:10am.
