Great customer service! Bought a pair of their jeans from a local store and after a brief wear I noticed a corner of the back pocket was not fastened by the stitching. I reached out to their warranty department and they were very helpful and eventually sent me a replacement pair free of cost! Very much recommend their products for their quality of denim.
Horrible jeans, horrible company
Sorry but not only are the jeans horrible but I just don’t trust the company any longer. After writing my most recent review I noticed a prior negative verified review has been removed and the latest has not been posted either. Why are you hiding negative reviews from customers Kimes???
All of Kimes jeans have the same issue. While the waist is perfectly fine the length can be anywhere from 3-4 1/2” longer than the stated size. Kimes tell you they add extra length, which is stupid to begin with, but it’s a random amount so you never know what you’ll end up with. Just sell people the darn length we ordered so our clothes fit properly.
Absolutely love this company and their amazing customer service!!! I had purchased a pair of jeans and when the zipper broke (soon after purchasing) I reached out to the company. Immediately after emailing them that I had an issue, the VP of the company called and left me a message!! I then received an email with instructions on how they could get me a replacement pair FOR FREE ($110 jeans!). They were so helpful and kind. I have never felt more seen or heard about an issue of a product from a company! Plus, I have yet to find another pair of jeans that are even close to being this comfortable to actually work in! I will forever be a Kimes Ranch customer after this encounter!
