The Nature of the Game 🎟️✨

Today, we received two Trustpilot reviews—one from Heather, who spent just £4 and won an incredible £80,000 last week (huge congrats! 🎉), and another from Connie, who hasn’t had a win yet and left a 1-star review.

We totally get it—everyone wants to win! That’s why we play. But the reality is, this is a game of chance. Some people win big, and others might have to try again next time. That’s the nature of any competition.

If every person who didn’t win left a 1-star review, it wouldn’t reflect the fairness of the game—it would just reflect the fact that not everyone wins every time. The truth is, the odds are the same for everyone, and every winner was once a player hoping for their lucky break!

We cap the number of tickets per person at 10% of the total tickets available for each competition. This ensures that no single participant can dominate the entries, while still allowing flexibility for those who want to improve their odds. This balance is crucial to ensuring a fair experience for everyone, whether they prefer entering with one ticket or multiple tickets.

Transparency in Odds:
We pride ourselves on being fully transparent about how our competitions work. All the odds for each competition are clearly displayed, along with the total number of tickets available and the maximum number a single person can purchase. This information is readily available before anyone decides to enter. Participants have complete visibility into how the competition is structured and can make informed decisions about whether to enter with one ticket, multiple tickets, or even explore other ways to participate.

Winning With Just One Ticket:
While purchasing more tickets can improve the odds mathematically, we’ve seen countless winners claim incredible prizes with just a single ticket. This happens far more often than you might think. Our records show numerous examples of players making life-changing wins with just one entry. In fact, James won £10,000 in an Instant Win competition just ten minutes ago, proving that everyone has a chance regardless of how many tickets they buy.
