Nonexistent Reviews 

scammed me twice out of £80- paypal said as its been pre authorised they can not claim the money back for me, i would have to get into touch with the comapny direct. As i have read other reviews it seems like i wont be getting the money back. DISCUSTING. how are they getting away with this? what can we do to stop it?

$66 pulled from my PayPal without any purchase. Disgusted that humans can do this to other humans.

Unauthorized use of PayPal account in the amount of $66. Long after I cancelled the Do Fasting app, now months later, I’m getting charged again out of the blue. It seems like it’s going to be impossible to recover the money too. PayPal does not admit that it’s a fraudulent charge. This is a scam.

they say they havent received my email address and phone number. Sent it again and saved a screenshot.

They keep asking for a registration mail, despite i stated numerous times that we don't have a registration mail because we NEVER registered. How thick can you be?

Kilo Health is based in Lithuania, also active posting/hiring via LinkedIn.

Interesting fact: a very positive review was recently posted here by someone with exact the same name and location as one of the most recent hired people by Kilo Health? Coincedence? Just saved a screenshot, might be worth checking!

I will also start enquiring via LinkedIn and advise anyone with a neg experience with Kilo Health to do the same. Scammers should be stopped.

THAT IS THE PROBLEM Kilo Health, we had NO DEALINGS AT ALL WITH YOU nevertheless you took money from us. We have no reference, it was taken via PayPal .. so lets turn it around. You took money from us, can You show us an order, a mail, whatever, where we ordered something from you?

Share your scam stories about Kilo Health all over social media, this is unacceptable behaviour.

Never heard from this company, never subscribed and out of the blue they took 46Euro from our PayPal account.
The fact that this happened to a lot of ppl and Kilo Health keeps coming back with the same reply shows that something is wrong. This is not an incident, this is a clear scam.

Will put the same review for Paypal.
Looking at rates for PayPal as well as Kilo Health, I don't expect a thrustworthy response.

Report this fraud to the police!
Cancel your PayPal account (who needs PayPal anyways with new and much more reliable alternatives).

Lets not settle with putting honest feedback on TrustPilot without following through with a legal action!!

I have had a similar experience, I have been charged three times over the last year but don’t own the app and have not got the app in my Apple subscriptions so have no idea why they keep charging my. I have disputed it with PayPal and they have said the same thing that they can’t do anything about it. I’m appalled that a company can do this and would recommend not going near this company.

This organisation took $66 from my account for a subscription I knew nothing about. They have refused to reimburse me the money that they have stolen from my account. Based on what I have read this seems to be a norm for this organisation!! Do not sign up for anything related to this company, they are true scammers!!!!

Very easy to follow app, input all your data of types of food you do and don't want to include and within a couple of hours you have a 2 week plan of tasty keto food!

Had to calculate into my fitness pal of specific items available in my local stores and how their nutritional value varies (such as gouda from one supermarket brand to another), but the app even gives you an option to create a shopping list!!

I'm just over 3 weeks In to my 6 weeks keto diet cut down and I couldn't have done it without this platform, half way through and I feel I'm 80% of my goal!

Scammed. Never heard of these people. Just found out they charged my PayPal account three times. One of the PayPal customer service representatives hung up on me after I insisted I had never authorized a subscription with these people (read: NOT helpful).

Their products actually works!!! Already recommended to my family and friends.

Never heard of this company until they took £52 from my paypal account! I am unaware how they got any of my details.

This is a .scam my PayPal debited even though I never subscribed

Kilo.Health offered to market my product SleepHackMe for me.

They then created fake reviews and fake statistics about effectiveness of the product and started running ads, charging customers and not refunding them before the product was even close to existing in order to "test" if the product would take.

They stated over 14000 people have taken the course. When 0 people have.

They say the course has a 4.8 out of 5 star rating from 358 people when it has zero ratings.

They continued to do this despite my repeated request to stop as this is unethical especially for a medical product.

They put the BBC and business insider logos on the website to trick people into thinking the course has been mentioned there when it hasn't.

They are due to change the site to another name.

Their sleep expert Dr Newman MD does not exist. The picture is fake. The reviews from Caran, John and Rachel are fake. The facebook user reviews are fake.

The CEO, CMO, and my product managers use unethical marketing practices and ignored my requests to stop marketing my product.

I wish I could give no stars. Don't waste your money! Their exercises are not created by professionals depending on what you are looking for. It is a poorly executed algorithm. They charge a lot for nothing! I am currently disputing them with PayPal.

UPDATE: I won my case against them through PayPal and was refunded. KILO Health flagged this review as fake thinking I didn't purchase it. Just sent the evidence of purchase to Trust Pilot.

This is a total scam. They took two lots of money from my bank account 3 months apart. Pay pal would not help to recover the money and they would not refund. Be warned. Update. The second payment was refunded after this review was published. Update. Two months on and i am getting messages to remove this review from Kilo Health through Trustpilot. I wonder how many honest reviews have been removed through this type of intimidation.

SCAM! This company will take money from your account that is completely unauthorised- DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!

Dire experience, paid for a diet sheet download, never came. No response to any of my messages. Opened a paypal dispute but some how this company could prove I'd been sent it and opened and read it on two occasions. I HAVE NEVER HAD NOR OPENED THIS PRODUCT, they would not send me this evidence. My email account proves this. I have reported this very strange activity
Now in Jan 2021 you respond to a situation where no diet sheet was received, you refund refused from October 2020. May I suggest you check the record of communication and perhaps not ask 4 months later
