Product description was misleading, stating button and zip fastening for a pair of shorts, was a popper style button. If I was aware of this I wouldn’t have purchased, but Killstar do not do free returns so I’m even more out of pocket.

Left a “review” on the item on their site, still not posted over a week later, they hide negative, honest reviews on items. Lost trust in them as a retailer

Really loved the design on the dress, this was 2nd one as the first had to be return due to the sleeves being so tight, unfortunately the 2nd one had the same problem but my mother manage to adjust them, I wore the second with a belt which although still big looked great

Well made clohing..sizing runs true to size...ordering through to delivery was excellent too..
Items are better than picture shown ..very happy ...will be ordering more soon .

They are just so slow!
Unless you pay £5.99 for next day delivery they take 5-7 days to DESPATCH! Nevermind actual transit time!
Returns are as bad. Takes forever for refunds to be processed.
Could be so much better.

lovely dresses and can have good sale however fabrics used are often not great, blend of poliester and elastic, makes it stretchy but not very breathable
