Something has happened to this company

I ordered an item from the online store. Got a confirmation email link to a tracking page. The tracking page looks fine, but if you download the tracking app, the app doesn't exist. A red flag.

Days pass and nothing happens. Ive tried to email them for an update and you get an undelivery message for both sales@ and contact@ email addresses

I phoned the number on the website, and I got a bemused and slightly annoyed person who says they used to work for the company, and they keep getting calls to their mobile number. I left details of my order with her to try to look into the matter and left a voicemail on her phone, but at this time she hasn't come back.

Ive contacted my bank to see what could be done.

I brought two Killerwhale jackets a few years ago, and they are still being worn and of decent quality, so the company did exist back then. If the company doesn't operate now, theyre still happy to take your order and your money!!

So until the company sorts themselves out, I would avoid them in the future!

Scammer will take your money but will not deliver.

I ordered a garment in December 2024. I had an order confirmation (#1790) but no other emails. After 2 weeks I tried to contact by email and phone but to the first: no response and to the second: the brush off. After another week, my husband sent an email. There was an immediate response saying Amazon had delivered and Killer Whale would raise an issue with them and also give a refund. There has been no refund and no garment. I have emailed since but without response. I think these people are scammers.
