Shady business practice
Bought an FK Irons flux tattoo machine which retails at £800 on this site. After 5 months it stopped working. I contacted Killerink who said to send back but make sure it's clean for inspection. They then refused to fix because of alleged water damage, given the machine hadn't been used for a couple of months the only water that had touched it was when I cleaned it (which I was told to) beforehand. They want £200 to fix because I did exactly what they told me to before sending. Telling someone to do something and then use that as a reason to charge when it should be free.under warranty is shady business practice.
