High quality sweets, brilliant customer service, would 100% order again!

Absolutely shocking avoid at all costs.. ordered 1kg of lyons fruit salad recieved something totally different. When emailed they were very apologetic and offered a replacement or refund. I took the replacement and low and be hold 3 weeks later nothing, now they don't even answer emails. Will not be ordering from these and I will write a review on every platform I can to tell everyone to avoid this company.

I ordered 1KG chocolates a month ago. The following day I got notification that they had been shipped, but 2 weeks later there was still no sign of them so I contacted them, they responded very quickly apologising and offered 25% of my next order. But still another 2 weeks on I have not received anything. There will be no chance of me using the 25%, just another scam to get me to spend more and receive nothing in return. This site is a SCAM and should be avoided.

Ordered sweets for party bags a week ago, still no sign. So emergency order to Amazon it is.

Good quality sweets. Fairly priced. Quick delivery and well packaged. Can't fault anything.

This site is a scam I don't recommend anyone buying from it because I ordered 12 days ago and it's supposed to be 2-4 day delivery and I still haven't received it and I ordered on a Monday so I see why it hasn't came because this site is a scam and I will be reporting it to the police if I don't get a response tommorow as I contacted them yesterday and no response as I'm trying to get a refund

Ordered before Christmas and lots of promises but didn't arrive,
Looking at all the reviews I think this is a fake company.

I wish I'd read the reviews here first. Ordered on 5th Jan, didn't arrive - was told they'd send out straightaway in time for the party I needed them for but still hasn't arrived. It's clearly not legit!

Placed an order on 18th December. Was promised it would arrive before Christmas as most of the things I ordered were Christmas presents. Email after email still no sweets. 1st January, ' it has been sent out and will be with you by the end of the week'.
Today is 16th January, still nothing. Have now been promised it will arrive by tomorrow (17th January) I'm not holding my breath!!
I think a month is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for my order. Am not pleased at all😠😠

I ordered some candies a couple of weeks ago and can’t get any update on when I might receive my order….”sometime never”…. Just isn’t great is it….
They do seem like a good company … it seems that my order went missing and they are processing refund…, watch this space..

After numerous emails that insisted a refund has been processed…..I have received nothing

I have this morning lodged a complaint with Paypal….who will sort it for me. No one should have to go to these lengths to get a refund on goods that didn’t arrive ….I believe this company to be scammers…..please beware!
Now the company have disputed that my review is false ……need I say any more after proving it indeed to be true.
My today update is that PayPal investigated and have given me full refund today.

I contacted you before placing my order and was assured that my package would be shipped on Monday. I followed up with an email requesting a tracking number and was promised it would arrive in time for our child's birthday. I even asked if I could upgrade to Next Day and cover the cost but was denied this offer as apparently it had been sent. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any tracking details or the parcle. I ended up opening a PayPal dispute to get a refund.

Had some mixed jelly sweets delivered an they are fab, still munching on them now. Same day delivery to your door which is fantastic. Will defo order more for over the festive season. Your doing a good job killer candy keep it up.

Responded for a Facebook ad for half price sweets and chocolate delivered to my house!!! What is not to love. They came that evening and were the perfect weekend treat and we are still eating them. We paid cash but you can do bank transfer as well. The selection was great, something for everyone and cannot wait to see them around again.

Ordered via facebook advert. Delivered for free as he lived local. Totally delish & exactly what we wanted. 1kg of non fizzy & 1kg of chocolate mixture. Will be ordering the retro selection next time .
