Not the best not thinking of the environmental impact.

Not the best, very unsustainable service. Mat arrived very damaged, but could be cut to be used, although not to the size i ordered. i offered to keep the mat if the company could compensate as i have not received the product i ordered. The company could only offer a 20% discount or to send a new mat, they suggest i throw away the damage mat. Extremely un-environmentally friendly. A 20% discount is not acceptable for the amount of damage to the product so i took a new mat and will donate the broken one once i have recut it to be usable. Not impressed at the environmental approach from the company.

We are really sorry that you got the a damage carpet. I can se that we have sent you a new one.

We do not really mean that you have to throw the first one away. You can use it for another space or give it away who can use it.

The reason why we do not take it back to us is because it has a worse impact on the environment.
