Great price but missing part and poor service

Great price. Shipping label created over a week before the item shipped - somewhat misleading. Arrived missing a key piece. Contacted them, they said they would send a replacement piece. I had to contact them again twice, and finally 9 days later they sent an email saying it had been shipped. Again, a label created. That was 10 days ago. I have written again (2 days ago) and still no response. I would say that they are unreliable.
