I am very satisfied. Delivery as promised, from Germany to Czech republic it took less then one week. The goods is brand new, well packed. I got what I have expected. Looking forward to next deal! :-)
Avoid Kikiwelt. First they delivered a used car seat (cybex sirona), which was taken back, and then they only said that they are waiting a delivery. We waited nearly 2 months and now would like to get out money back, but now they do not answer emails.
We bought 2 car seats through kikiwelt website, and what a bad decision that was! They came after 3 weeks, when I tryied to contact seller she didn't reply on the emails. When the seats finally came, one of them was a wrong model. Again no answer from kikiwelt.
I had to threaten we would cancel the orders before she started replaying.
The right car seat came, but with a hole in the fabric. She promised to send me a new sparecover. That's over a month ago, no sparecover and no replays on my emails. Don't think I'll ever get it.

Købte en Römer Kidfix XP Sict og der var ingen problemer med leveringen men var desværre så uheldig at autostolen gik i stykker efter 1 måned (Isofix hængslen ville ikke låse) kontaktede Kikiwelt og de sørgede for at DPD kom og hentede autostolen på min adresse (ingen omkostninger for mig) og efter ca. 4 uger kom autostolen tilbage repareret
det er ingen problem at købe et produkt på nettet og få det leveret, problemer kan der imod opstå når man står med et defekt produkt og skal have det repareret.
så derfor får Kikiwelt 5 stjerner.

Bought a Römer KIDFIX XP SICT and there were no problems with the delivery but was unlucky that the autochair broke after 1 month (the Isofix hinge would not lock) i contacted Kikiwelt and they made DPD pick up the autochair on my address (no cost for me) and after about four weeks the car seat came back repaired
it is no problem to buy a product online and have it delivered, problems may arise when faced with a defective product and to have it repaired.
thats why Kikiwelt get 5 stars.
