When I ordered 4 identical lamps, I was mistakenly sent a lamp in a different colour. After contacting the service, the concern was clarified and the correct lamp was sent. I was allowed to keep the lamp in the wrong colour for free.

terrible experience, problems with customs and we received models that were not ordered. The site looks like a european company, which it is not. Based in China so for all customer service issues we have to deal with china.

We received a lamp that unfourtunatly did not work as we hoped, so we contacted the servicedesk. We got some good tips, but it did not solve the problem. KIKI lighting servicedesk then offered us a new lamp! We are so happy with the way KIKI lighting solved the problem!
