Very happy with the lamp we ordered. It looks exactly as on the photos and fits perfectly in our living room.

Still waiting for my order but contact was good so far and they told me they would give me a longer cable for free if I left a good review. So here we go.

I ordered a lamp on November 1st with express delivery (promised within 5 days). It’s now November 18th and I’ve received absolutely no updates. No one is responding to my emails, website chats, Instagram messages, or Facebook inquiries.
Extremely disappointing experience — avoid this brand.

Great customer service, we had a problem with one delivery and the customer service has been easy to deal with and helpful, proactively proposing solutions to resolve the issue. That made a situation that was initially frustrating into a positive experience!

SCAM! You pay, then nothing happens.

They sell chinese low-quality fakes instead of the real deal. Ordered OLEV Ovefly lamp and they sent me a Chinese counterfeit, even made me wait for it for a month like for a real one an later changed the description on the site to remove the brand name and change description after I called them out for this.

They are refusing to collect the item back and saying that I cannot return it if I opened the box, which I of course did – otherwise I would not have known what's inside.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Kiki Lighting. The lamp I received does not match the photos or the description on their website — the finishes are poor, the cable looks cheap, and there are silver supports and a plastic ceiling plate that were not shown or mentioned.

To make matters worse, I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the product, but I have not received any response. This is unacceptable and feels like misleading advertising. I would not recommend this store.

Kiki Lightning's customer support and service are really bad. We paid the full invoice for three (3) lamps. Kiki Lightning only sent us two. We sent proof of payment from our bank, wrote emails, tried everything (you can't call them), but we didn't get any response. We didn't receive the third lamp, worth €96. Despite our demands, we didn't get our money back. Nothing. Don't ever buy anything from the scam company Kiki Lightning.

We purchased three glass pendant lights and three glass ceiling lights. Kikilighting offers beautiful lighting, with a lot of different colours at very attractive prices. Their after-sales service is also very responsive. Thank you very much.

Kikilighting offers superb lamps at affordable prices. The service is great. They respect the timing. They respond quickly and take care of their customers. The packages are perfectly protected for transport. In short, a great experience. They are very, very good.

Product was never delivered and was returned, and customer service (after months of emails) never responded, nor was there a refund of funds paid. Beyond terrible customer service, and complete robbery.

I had problems finding my parcel. they helped me out very fast and it turned out, that it wasn't_ their
fault. none the less they were there to help me out and also were willing to solve the problem.
