Easter Extravaganza

Easter Extravaganza
I write to convey my utter disappointment and dissatisfaction with your event on 12/4 and as I’m sure it will be on all other dates.
The spin the wheel game was farcical and shambolic. You had an endless supply of big Easter eggs on display and the childrens excitement at the prospect of winning one was clear for all to see. Only for every single spin to produce a small Cadbury Oreo or cream egg. Every single colour landed on produced a ridiculously small chocolate egg, bar one and the special star prize, which was a decent normal size Easter egg. I saw many upset and let down children cry at receiving such a pitiful prize. A regular size egg can be bought for 99p only 50p more than the pathetic little egg you awarded most kids.
My four grandchildren, as were many others, cried and got upset at the paltry offering. But I’m sure the abundance of big eggs that no one had the chance of winning will be shared out and enjoyed by the staff.
£10 per child to receive a pathetic prize, £10 a child to be offered a crappy sweet from a jar at the disco. Many of the sweets were unsuitable for your captive audience.
You made a mockery of your advertised event and should be ashamed of extorting families for a superbly advertised and publicised event only to be badly let down on the day.
Massive improvements are needed to be able to make these events spectacular and most of all for value for money.
This complaint will be published on Trust Pilot as I’m sure it will go unresponded to by your management.
