Little did I know...
I ordered the “memory matchstick chess” game in February and it took over 3 months or more to arrive. I had emailed them asking for a refund as I wasn’t able to track my order. When I finally was able to track it, I couldn’t read the tracking info as it wasn’t in English.
When I placed the order, I wasn’t aware that the company was in China. Based on their social media posts, I assumed they were a U.K. company (yes, my own fault as I shouldn’t just assume). If I had done my research properly, I would never have ordered from so far away, carbon foot print and all... It finally came. We like the game, the kids really like it. Quality is ok, but if you want to order a Christmas present from them, order now for Christmas 2021! Good luck everyone!!
Never buy from that store
I knew something was wrong with this order when it took almost 1 month to be delivered. Apart from that there are multiple things that went wrong with this product (if you can call it like that):
- The carton box was wet and was tearing apart
- No instruction, no description, NOTHING! How do I know what's supposed to be in it?
- Some toys were damaged
- Some toys were missing parts

We waited months for delivery. Eventually, the items came in the mail. Poor quality. No instructions. Poor packaging. Not worth nearly what they charge, plus the huge delay and poor customer service.

This Company is a Fraud!
I placed an order with KIDTE on April 29, 2020 and today is July 29, 2020 and I STILL have not received my purchase. I have contacted the company 5 times and get the run around each time. I also believe their package tracking website is a fraud. Every time I contact the company, the very next day my package “moves” and then nothing. They have used COVID as an excuse as well as customs. They are fake and fraudulent. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!!!!

I have bad news and good news
I have bad news and good news. The bad news is that I ordered it 2 months ago. They took my money and claimed it had shipped, including a shipping number which meant nothing. I kept waiting and NOTHING. Yesterday, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge but they said I have to do it in writing, which I was going to do, and, guess what......it arrived today...2 months later ! So, that’s the good news, plus, it’s really cute !! So, hang in there everyone, I hope yours will arrive soon.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed my order in April after seeing an ad for one of their games on Facebook. Once I realized it would not be arriving in time for a birthday (well within their shipping timeline) I politely requested a cancellation and refund. To date, I have made the request repeatedly and have been stalled with "please provide the order #" or an email reply containing just the tracking number. Needless, to say, the tracking number is totally worthless. I am now in the process of disputing the order directly through "Pay Pal" and will begin my own campaign on Facebook and other social media platforms to discredit Kidte Company in any way possible and, hopefully, keep other consumers from making this same unfortunate mistake. There are so many reputable and great companies in China that provide awesome products. It's truly unfortunate when a company such as Kidte conducts itself in such a nefarious manner that it potentially causes customers to shy away from doing business with other China-based enterprises.

Placed an order in Feb. Never received product. Tracked all the way to the US and then the site went down and was "coming soon" never received item purchased. Disputing charge now with bank. SCAM!

For a while I thought this is a scam, but then the package finally arrived 3 months later! The wooden games were in good shape but the packaging was really smashed. The only complaint I have is that there is no instruction manuel, actually no info at all with the game.
A SCAM COMPANY
I placed an order in March after seeing an ad on Facebook. That should have been my first warning. Well 30 days have come and gone and I finally filed a dispute with PayPal asking for a refund on my money as I never received the product. I sent a notice to KIDTE that I would like to cancel my order and I wanted a refund on my money as stated on their web site I was entitled to this as 30 days have passed. Long story short I am getting every excuse in the book as to why I don’t have this product and we are now in May and guess what the site is no longer available. This is a SCAM company...hoping PayPal will refund my money.

Read the fine print before you order
Do not order from this company until you have read the fine print. Go to their web site KIDTE.COM, scroll to the bottom of the page and read ALL of the FAQs(frequently asked questions). Pay close attention to the shipping information. The site indicates that the order may take up to 7 business days to be prepared for shipping(a possible 10 calendar days), and up to 14 business days for shipping(up to 20 calendar days). This is a total of 30 calendar days, yet numerous anecdotal reviews report items not arriving for months. The origin of shipping for my item was China, and as of day 26 post-order, tracking information indicates the item is still in Shanghai. The return/refund policy is limited to 30 days, but does not say whether that is 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt. If you don't receive the item within 30 days, you may not have any recourse. If you make a return, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, and the initial shipping charges will not be refunded. The company does not collect tariff charges(aka it's not included in the price of your product), and any charges will be due when the item is delivered. Save yourself the hassle and look for the same product from other sellers.
