Poor
Customer service is non existent really, the communication is very poor, with no replies to questions. I think ultimately the bikes for kids are decent with no real competitors, arrogantly, the company knows this so takes customers for granted. The sooner a competitor comes into the space the better as I'm sure there won't be many with much loyalty to Kids Racing. The fact you can't leave a google review is also telling of the fact they obviously don't want to allow a public forum for negative reviews.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Received zero support for a part I bought that did not work. Did not reply to my emails, did not answer phone, did not reply through Facebook. After 3 weeks I have filed a PayPal claim. Terrible company.

Not flexible at all
Not flexible at all. I asked them to send the parcel with a courier company, with an extra charge, in order to receive it as soon as possible and they send it via post without bothering to reply.
