I ordered two puzzles from their online shop. The prices were really low, and the package was delivered two days later by Royal Mail. I liked the online shop as well: uncluttered and easy to use, unlike so many other online places.

I came into the store a few days back, I was greeted by 2 ladies, one of them was lovely she greeted me with such manners and was so polite, she asked to show me around and I kindly agreed, until the other member of staff rudely interrupted and came storming over and started to take over, it was beyond disbelief, the woman was so rude she started swearing around the shop, I didn’t understand why she would do this especially with customers around, she followed me around the shop after I said thankyou I’ll take a look around myself now, she kept following me and I was kindly asking her to back off and she would not leave me alone. All in all the shop is amazing and the guys working there are doing an amazing job with the products and set ups.

ordered a game for a christmas box. kiddiewow showed the item in stock and their price was good. Ordered on 30/11/18 money left my paypal account on that date. Recieved an order confirmation in minutes all looked ok. Heard nothing else for 3 days so checked my paypal to find the money had been refunded on the 2/12/18. No emails from them to explain so I emailed them for explanation.No reply received !! something not right about this site the holding company is Osso Trading avoid both I feel fortunate not to have lost anything from this transaction.
