Great company! They try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but not cut corners on quality!

Trying to email them will not let me. i order a shirt and never got it money was taken out of my bank account.

I purchased a shirt from and never received an email with my confirmation number. I emailed and did not get a response through their “other” option. I inboxed the Facebook page after a few days and was asked for proof of purchase along with some identifying information. I provided everything needed. I followed up after a few days of not hearing anything and was told “sorry, my inbox is overloaded” I was given links for customer support... the links I had already used with no response. I tried the links again and will need an order number for it to even send... the order number I was never given when I purchased. I inboxed again adding for a refund. The message was “seen” and I still don’t have a response, refund, or a shirt 😔

I ordered 3 and was thrilled with 2 of them. The blue needs a darker writing for the grade. Barely readable. I have always loved your shirts.

Love the shirts. Only thing is the pink could use a different color lettering. I ordered 3 and have received 2 so far. They are awesome. Will order again.

Got these for 2 of my grand children. They love them. Exactly what I ordered. Great colors and #1 in my opinion.

very nice shirt, my grandson loves it though the sizing is off, for kindergarteners, they need to be smaller but shirt is nice, made well, took awhile to recieve it in the mail but we love it. You really need an extra small in the sizing but in all worth it!

After ordering 2 shirts 2 weeks ago and having not heard anything back from the company......upon receipt of my credit card bill, I reached out to the company. There is NO phone number provided so I opted to communicate via the Chat option. I provided my summary and order number, only to have to repeat it all once the rep joined the chat. He offered a 10% discount that he stated would take 7-10 business days to reflect on my credit card, but offered no update as to when my order should be expected. I told him due to their delay and lack of communication I was canceling....he told me it couldn't be canceled as it was already in production. I informed him as they failed to provide their service in a reasonable time frame that I would inform my credit card company to refuse their charge, as no service had been provided.

I just received the shirt I purchased from them and am very disappointed in the quality. The shirt is way to big, and fits like a men’s shirt, even though I ordered a women’s. The shirt is not even soft! It’s rough and scratchy. Save your money because you’re not getting a refund either! Do not order from this company.

I was super happy with my t-shirt. It was a quality product and came just as described with quick delivery.

Beware! This company’s customer service is non-existent. Should have done my research before doing business with them. I placed an order for $96 and was charged $11 for shipping, even though the website advertised free shipping on orders over $70. They do not have a phone number and their online chat is a third party who has no authority to actually help you with your problem. I have sent multiple emails in an attempt to resolve the matter and they have gone unanswered. I posted a comment explaining my problem on their Facebook page (Nice T-Shirts) and they deleted the comment and blocked me from commenting on their page or sending them a private message. Terrible way to run a business.
