SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 of those balloons you put water in. April 10, over 6 months later they are saying, that they can’t find my order. I have emailed them 4 times. Should have saved my time and money 🤬
This company is just a scam. They sent the wrong items worth a total of $5 instead of what was ordered costing me $40 plus $15 postage. Emailed them and first offer was a 5% refund ie $2, then 10%, then 15% eventually reaching 50%. That is still means I pay $20 for something worth $5. Why not a $35 refund? If 50% is still unacceptable I must post it back to China and they will refund me when they receive the goods. What chance of that?

Ordered 2 amazing bubble balls. Pictures on website looked amazing. Cost almost $40. After a wait of over 6 weeks I received my goods. Not what I paid for, basically 2 small balloons. One burst within moments. Contacted kidbrace. No reply to Customer service email. Finally got reply and they asked for pictures etc which i provided. They asked for me to return items to US from UK and my cost and they would give me a discount on future orders. I demanded refund as items defective, faulty and not what I ordered. They don't care. Offered greater discount on future orders and told me to post defective goods to them (and they told me it would cost me $20 to do this).
They have no customer service and do not follow their returns policy which it clearly states refund for defective goods.
