Completely scam. Do not trust these guys, nothing will improve on your Instagram channel. Communication is very poor and the system doesn't work.

what an absolute nightmare this has been. I’ve ended up having to delete my account and start again as every week I’m bombarded with HUNDREDS of fake followers and this is after I have removed myself from their fake programme. They count themselves on being real followers. You get tons and tons of accounts that have been set up on the same day, all with no bio, no real names, no followers, yet accounts that’s follow 1000’s, and all have either 13 or 15 posts. The accounts are identical. They say this is their celebrity boost programme. So when you want out they said they will put you to a team that will do it manually however they don’t. Then when you want to cancel they remove you but it continues, it’s like you’re stuck in the system somewhere. Or if you want it then cancel anyway because each week it continues! Worst thing I’ve ever done as I’ve had to scrap and start again!! Seems to be no way of stopping it from Halle big and they are completely unaware it still happens. They email you back saying no it’s real IG end users that age following you haha. Pretty sure there’s no 300 people with all the same profile who decide to follow you 5 seconds apart. The whole thing is a con and when they have your details even though you have your password there’s nothing you can do about it

Guys please if you are reading this review, I promise it is 100% genuine - if you are thinking of trying Kicksta, DONT. If you want real followers, forget Kicksta. It is a scam. I read reviews and stuff and still went for it hoping it would help me. They first use an AI that keeps logging you out of your account to like random photos of people who most likely won’t follow you anyway. Then when that doesn’t work they sign you up for the “Influencer boost” and send hundreds of bots to follow you. I have hundreds of bots. They look like people but once you slick on the them you see that all pictures in their grid have been posted on the same date and have no likes or stories or any followers. Then I started getting empty bots that don’t even have profile pictures or grid photos and a bunch of numbers and letters in their names. It is a nightmare. I complained and they returned my money but the bots are still coming, and I am exhausted from deleting them. My engagement with my actual followers decreased and fell due to my account being plagued by the bots. It is a nightmare. Unfortunately this taught me a good lesson that there is no shortcut in growing your account. Also the worst part is that I noticed those bots in some of the influencer accounts I follow and wanted to do colabs with . That is a horrible scam because half their followers aren’t real.

Unfortunately I have a really bad experience with them.
I first tried the basic service Which should helps gain new followers based on your business maybe taking them from similar pages.
Unfortunately they weren't able to acces to my IG account. So after a week of troubles, technical issues and alert from Facebook, they asked me to try the VIP campaign.
That's the great deal for them because they didn't refund me.
I decided to test it because the company has a really good reviews.
And that's what I did.
I receive the number of followers they promised to me.
The issue is that most of them are fake profiles, starting spam my page, sending messages.
They are from the other part of the world so there is not potential customers at all.
A fake service to blame customers.
When I decided to quit any refund was allowed because they gave me the exact numbers of followers.
After some hours I opted out these followers started to unfollow.my page.
Funny, isn't it?

I've got not a single follower from them for 5 days. So I cancelled the account and asked for the refund. Will see if they process it.

This is a scam. You set up the account and then nothing happens. You can wait for months for Kicksta to start working, and it will be charging your card in the meantime. When I contacted the customer support and asked to cancel my subscription they offered me to UPGRADE MY SUBSCRIPTION to the most expensive plan instead. This is simply hilarious. Stay away.

Kicksta is a real scam !
I signed up at the beginning of November and there was no growth at all. I wrote to Customer support and they told me that there had been an issue with my Instagram profile but that it was solved. Throughout the month of November I did not get a single follower so I asked them what was going on and they gave a me a speech about techniques to improve my audience although that was something they should have done for me since I paid for growth. I had been exploring their famous Boost TSMA and while I was just reading the information I was charged with an additional fee for the alleged Boost that never happened. Be careful of this website and what you press. Do not ask for information or you might get billed without knowing it.
I wrote to them repeatedly and then they admitted that there had been a technical issue on their part and instead of offering me a refund they kept trying to convince me to switch plans always at my expenses. I insisted with the refund and they disappeared. I am a lawyer and exploring ways to start a legal action against them for misleading advertising and to recover damages. Watch out. It is a real scam. I can't believe I fell for it.

2) You follow instructions to setup your account
3) Nothing happens
4) They answer "It's normal". "No prob". "Be patience".
5) After 15 days (14 is the money back period) they notify you there has been a tech issue so they need to reinstate.
6) Your IG account is suspended and IG notifies you that a blacklist IP tried to access your account.
7) You complain asking your money back. They ignore you and get back with an upgrade offer.
8) Your realize your got scammed.

SCAM. They take nearly the two week trial period to "connect to your account". They make their money off their incompetency. Better programs out there.

I'll give my honest opinion. Hanah is very nice. I hate to say this but you guys need real honest verified reviews. The positive ones seem too good to be true but I don't necessarily believe all the negative ones. My experience was the setup was fine but no movement for almost a week or so to be told my IG had the wrong password. My password was never wrong. Long delays caused me to cancel. The late-night responses were just weird. I don't have a problem with it but it can cause issues with other people having someone email them close to midnight. If you want better social proof to grow kicksta get a video review software, that way we know the reviews are legitimate. ... would I come back? maybe... the platform needs a lot of work.

I signed up and then it forced a request popup to select targets to track and follow. Can't get to the dashboard without completing. However, when entering targets I get the error message that none are found. This is because the account is not set up and not connected to Instagram. Support is non existing. Signup confirmation email then informs me that they need to manually set up account and that it takes less than 24 hours. After 24 hours have passed I emailed support and received a response that they are backlogged. Now approaching day 3 and no account or response in past 24 hours. This service so far is INSTA NOT. Never seen an app not connect and work out of the box.

Kicksta is completely run by bots – meaning if there's something wrong with your account, you won't know about it until you contact them – thereby wasting your time and money. They weren't able to access my account and after halfway through the month, I contacted them to see why I still hadn't received any results. Instead of providing a partial refund for the month, they basically told me I could just cancel – zero results, waste of time, customer service is way too poor.

I asked for a refund since I'm qualified for the 14 days refund guarantee, they don't reply! But when I asked questions a few days ago regarding other topics, they reply within a few hours. I think this company is a scam!

Definitely a SCAM! I was patient enough to wait for 4 months (paid $49 x 4) because their customer rep repeatedly promised they are working as hard as possible to resolve the "network issue" and that it takes time to study the "targets". Guess what, 4 months passed I've gained 0 follower and its still "studying"the targets. Will ask for refund back. If they don't allow, will report to BBB!
