I received my order today two kick plates and two finger plates they were well packed but I was disappointed with the edges they were rough I expected smooth edges.

I made a mistake in my measurements and the company called me to query my order. It just didn't seem right to them so they called to make sure. This is how customer service is meant to be.

Easy ordering on line - then a customer service member emailed me as I had not selected the correct size - confirmed what I needed and processed the order

The Kicking Plates website was easy to navigate and the form filling clear and, especially entering the custom measurements - it was not complicated.
The delivery of six brushed stainless steel kick plates were securely packaged and in excellent condition and, cut precisely to my specifications.

I’ve been meaning to get in contact. These arrived very swiftly and we were away for a few days.
No instructions attached.
The bronze brass looked blue which was odd but we’ve cleaned this polish and it’s now really just brass.
They look okay but not what we had hoped for.
The two white arctic have arrived with rough edges one is marked and whiter than the other in a matt finish, the other a softer white and more polished.
The white versions were ordered to have holes and they don’t have these.

Replacement have been sent.
No instructions for the brass.,
However they look good.

The only company I could find which made push/kick plates to any size, to the nearest mm. Very fast service, large choices of materials and good prices.

Self adhesive could be stronger

The self-adessive supplied does not provide a proper adhesion.
Had to add additional double sided tape.

First time ordering from this company,
Great service, only took one week from order to delivery
and that was for custom made kick plates.
Would recommend and would definitely order from them again.
