Perfect came in 3 days! Was worried as its so close to Christmas they wouldn’t arrive but they did would highly recommend!
Box came abit beaten which is annoying as it’s a gift but probably the couriers fault.

I ordered from Kick Game online and returned the item for a refund, but after tracking showed it was received, they claimed they never got it. They told me to contact my bank for a refund, only to later challenge it. If you decide to buy from them, DO NOT return anything—you’ll lose both the product and your money. This company seems like a scam. Stay away!

think a company shows its value when things out of the normal retail experience happens. My brother shopped here with you but sadly passed away still holding a credit voucher for Kick game. Kick game have honoured this credit voucher. Responded with kind condolences of my brothers passing and been 100% ethical. We can all spend money but to know that a company you are spending with have morals and ethics is comforting. See you in London 2025

The customer service was brilliant. They helped with changing my order delivery details and it was very smooth and easy with no problems.

Visited this store to purchase an early Christmas pressie for my teenage daughter. Wide range of trainers that might not be able to be sourced elsewhere...can't fault the customer service by the staff.. ..but I was appalled by the music... let me rephrase that...the lyrics in the music being played on the day I visited and mind you if this is what is being played at your store with vulgar words including the 'N' word ...then this isn't a store for me to purchase at......as they say to each their own but not whilst shopping.

I reiterate I cannot fault the customer service by the team on the day that I visited but I knew what I heard and probably it might be best to investigate it further from those who were working on the day , although it may not be on the company's playlist of songs...I know what I had and it was very explicit

Bought a pair of trainers got charged more than advertised. They arrived and I decided to return them. After a while I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed them. The courier company lost the package and they were not going to refund me until the package was found. Several emails later they received the package and then I had to wait 10 days to be told they are going to give me a gift card!!!

Shoes don’t match 1 faded

Having found a pair of trainers that I wanted for my son to go away on holiday with I placed an order on the basis they were in stock on the website even though there was no express shipping option it did say upto 8 days delivery, so I swiftly contacted them to say look I need these trainers within 6 days as we are going away and if this cannot be done I wish to cancel, I then get what must be a standard reply which I subsequently had on two more occasions saying they are working on dispatching your order and know the importance of getting out asap, day 4 of the order process I am no nearer to getting these shoes as I have the same standard response so I said cancel the order and refund me and I will have to go elsewhere, then I get a message saying they can’t they have been dispatched and delivered, great I thought, hang on another standard response it was wrong, they still have not been dispatched or close to it and they cannot cancel it which seems weird to me if something has not left, I thought I would use a so called premium seller for the trainers but to be quite honest this premium seller has been the worst experience I have ever had from an online retailer, I will definately not order again and even though they say contact us I wouldn’t bother if I was you as you seem to get standard responses rather than someone to look at your order in detail. Very disappointed and feel very let down that my order is not valued or appreciated or someone could take the time to check and if possible expedite the order or just give me a straight answer that they wouldn’t be here in time and I could of moved on sooner. Now it’s a race to try find another pair from somewhere else that can deliver quickly.

I have had a reply on here stating that the customer service team continually updated me…. That is right but with wrong information from going to ‘we will get them out as soon as possible’ to ‘your orders been delivered’ to ‘we working to get your order out’ to ‘you can’t get a refund at this stage’ , all of a sudden I have been refunded for my order so I’m pleased to use trustpilot to get this situation sorted. Thank you Trustpilot.

I bought the 2019 Jordan 4s in the Bred colourway. When I opened the box, the 2024 Bred Jordan 4 Reimagined were in the box. I was so shocked because the shoes are supposed to be authenticated so I don’t understand how the wrong shoe was sent to me. I contacted Kickgame and they tried to say they’d give me my money back in store credit. I refused and they finally agreed to refund the money to my account, however I’m still waiting for my refund.

I had an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience with KickGame. I returned a pair of shoes immediately after receiving them in March 2023, but it took 1.5 years for me to finally get my refund! Despite providing proof that I returned the shoes, the company repeatedly claimed they didn't have them and directed me to chase my bank and file a lost-item report with the post office. Only after escalating the issue to the European Consumer Centre (ECCIE) did they act, processing the refund instantly.

The customer service throughout this process was unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful—rude emails, incorrect information, and no sense of responsibility. To make matters worse, I had to pay for registered post just to have proof of return, even though KickGame advertises "free returns." If I hadn’t done so, I would have been completely stuck.

While their products may be good, the stress and time wasted dealing with their incompetent returns process have made it impossible to enjoy the shoes I ended up keeping. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you're prepared for a battle to get your money back.

The gift box came damaged and one of the shoes had a little crease in looked like they were walked in
