I prepaid ordered Jordan 4 black-rustic…

I prepaid ordered Jordan 4 black-rustic pink back on early July. In early September started getting messages my order was on its way. When it finally came all that was in the box was 2 packs of shoe cleaner. After 2 weeks of constant emails was finally responded and told they would not be getting my size but theyd give me store credit. I responded immediately saying they have nothing in their store I want or need and either wanted a Full Refund or id take the shoes in half size smaller if they had those. Now after 2 weeks of steady emails to them ive gotten no response and haven't gotten my refund or anything acknowledging and issue
