I ordered some Pentel retractable…

I ordered some Pentel retractable pencils and erasers before Christmas. When the order arrived I spent ages queued up waiting to connecting to someone via IM. Told them I had been short changed the replacement erasors. Was told they would remedy it and send out a replacement. Circa 45 days have passed now... Also made attempt to contact via email today. No response. Would not use again as they charge for things they don't deliver and are bad at communicating. Order #108469315. Case ID: 00866861. I would also add I had indicated this in form of a follow up survey too. which never got actioned either.

Perfect Customer service

Customer service is one of the best service of the world. Very fast to answer and resolve the problems.
Every customer service must be like yours and Salvatore is the right person for making this work because his work is perfect in my opinion.

Just spoken to Maguelone who has assisted me with an order. She is always a pleasure to talk to, extremely helpful and any issues are always sorted straight away without any problems. Cannot recommend her and Kibo enough.

Expensive and Slow

Shipping was really expensive and takes way too long. For $35, I expect 2-3 day shipping, or at the very least, the 3-7 they claimed it would take. Instead it took a week to ship and will not be here for another week. $35 should get you faster than 2 week shipping. On top of this, it took me asking for a shipping confirmation to actually get one.

The customer service was helpful on the phone however, which is why I’m giving 2 and not 1 star.

I call Kibo quite frequently, but I almost always get the chance to work with Omar. I believe I call him everyday of the week, and sometimes I call him twice a day asking for his assistance!! He's always provided the greatest service! He is patient and very professional, because he has those qualities, it's very easy to talk to him and ask for help. I've never heard him relay attitude or complain. Always a pleasure speaking with him!!

Ordered product thru Sea-Doo website…

Ordered product thru Sea-Doo website and had no idea this company full filled product. Product never arrived after about 3 weeks called several times and was able to get nowhere. Had to get my credit card company involved to resolve issue. will never order from Sea-Doo website again, just so I dont have to deal with this company again

Shopatron will automatically double-charge you , then you have to wait a week for a refund. Also, terrible customer service call center.

Very Poor Communication - Still No Shipment - JOBY

Very poor communication. Placed an order 10 days ago and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or a response from customer service. I will never purchase something from a website using Kibo to ship their products, including JOBY.

Placed an order and after several days…

Placed an order and after several days it was cancelled. I was told it was due to payment. I placed the order again with another credit card and again it was cancelled. I have had no problems with these credit cards in the past.

Order states "preparing for shipment"…

Order states "preparing for shipment" for nearly 3 weeks. No response to all attempts to contact the company using all methods provided by them. Would not order from another company that uses Kibo/Shopatron services. Why be ignored for 3 week from this company when I can order something from Amazon, track it in real time, and get it within 48 hours?

KiboCommerce for Honda PowerSports

KiboCommerce is the ordering service Honda PowerSports uses for online ordering. They are horrible, where is the negative star rating. The website will not let you place an order, but it does not tell you why. The only option is for in-store delivery yet their service cannot find the authorized dealer in my zip code and there are 5 within the range the list.
Try to call Kibo but they require an order number which I cannot get because the order will not go through and they do not give me an option ship to my residence.
Called every customer service number listed on the Honda PowerSports site and no one could tell me why it was not working, gave me no other numbers to call... just advised me to go to a local dealer and order it through them.... why have an online accessories website if we cannot place an online order!

ONE star is way too good for them...

I placed an order where the shipping address was a PO Box. These people shipped the order via a carrier who does NOT deliver to po boxes. They allowed the order to travel half way across the country and arrive 10 minutes from my house before they decided to intercept the package without even contacting me. I found out from the shipper that they were having the package redirected back to them all the way across country. If that isn't enough I still have not received my refund from them. You'll find that a lot of your favorites are connected to this company so be VERY mindful of who is actually managing your order. KIBO should not be "running with scissors" in e-commerce. They are horrible and so is their customer service.

Terrible customer service.

I ordered a motorcycle jacket through Indian Motorcycle and I guess they use Kibo as their online retailer. They sent me a tracking number that does not exist and the automated telephone assistant said the jacket was delivered. Now I've been on hold for an hour and counting.

I hope Indian Motorcycle drops them as an e-commerce vendor
