Lack of contact speaks volumes.
Parcel lost by DPD, who admitted it was lost by them. It’s annoying but it happens.
How companies deal with these sorts of problems is telling. I was told by DPD to contact Kibble Plus for further instructions (refund or resend).
I tried 4 times to contact them; twice by email, once by phone (said they’d phone me back but never did) and once via PayPal.
No response to any points of contact I have attempted so I’ve given up on these charlatans and will be requesting a refund.
Don’t buy from this company.
