While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Khidma.live connects Muslims with verified Islamic scholars and Muslim psychologists for private one-to-one audio guidance, serving the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Many people carry a question for months without asking anyone: about a marriage, a ruling they've been given, anxiety they can't explain, or something they've never told their family. We built Khidma.live so that asking doesn't mean anyone finds out. There are three ways to use it. You can ask a question free: send it by text or voice note and a named, verified scholar records a private audio answer for your situation, usually within 24 to 48 hours, with no payment and no obligation. You can book a one-to-one audio session of 40 to 50 minutes, choosing a scholar for questions of Islamic rulings, marriage and separation rights, inheritance, halal income or a Muslim psychologist for marriage difficulty, anxiety, waswasa, grief and low mood. Or you can take our free Nafs Assessment, a short private assessment that helps you understand what you're carrying and matches you to the right expert. Our scholars are trained at institutions including Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and the Islamic University of Madinah, and our psychologists and psychotherapists through Cambridge Muslim College, the Khalil Center, Al-Balagh Academy and Banjara Academy. Every expert's training, languages, gender and price are published before you book. All sessions are audio only — there is no public profile, no feed, and nothing is visible to anyone in your community. Available in English, Urdu, Arabic. Contact us at connect@khidma.live.

A review

I like the fact that the price is affordable, the admin is always helpful and responds fast. Shaykh Taha is very helpful and patient, I don’t feel judged which has helped me in the asking of my questions. On other more busier(than a counseling) platforms at times there can be an issue with the answerer not understanding the exact question posed but that has not been an issue here with shaykh Taha which is great. May Allah grant the whole team JannatulFirdaws.

Thank you

Thank you. The conversation did indeed just confirm my doubts, but sometimes it’s good to hear something from someone completely uninvolved. The meeting was organized very efficiently and helpfully. The communication was consistent and very warm. Truly, if someone has a significant problem, it is worth talking to someone about it.

Alhamdulillah

Alhamdulillah, Sheikh Labib Ansari's guidance has been a real help to me in understanding Islamic matters. His answers are clear and given with kindness and without judgment, which made it easier to ask about things I was anxious about. It has strengthened my trust in Allah and helped me approach my questions with more confidence and calm. The free guidance option is especially valuable, as it makes sound Islamic advice reachable for people who can't afford to pay for a consultation. May Allah reward them and keep this benefit going for many others. Jazakum Allahu khayran
