Very bad service.
After two days waiting for my VPS, i requested a refund and never got refunded. Stay away.

The VPS was broken on delivery. The NAT SSH port did not work, NAT rules were missing, and port 22 was publicly accessible on that same shared NAT server. Their Support later on confirmed this was their fault and they malconfigured the server .
I reported the issue immediately, and as the server was unusable . and there was no reply on my support ticket for 18 hours, I requested a refund next day, they denied it completely, with excuse, they don't refund crypto, which was not clearly disclosed beforehand.
in short they're unreliable service and misleading.

My website has never been more interesting thanks to Khanwebhost shared hosting service. I'm really amazed of how my personal site has gained more visitors and potential customers. As far as I have seen my site has 99.9% uptime, it is quite good. I had downtime only several times and it lasted about 30 minutes. it's ok for me. Steady so, dudes! Thanks!

Well, tech support replies to my tickets within 10 minutes and explains everything to me. I like it. I have been using Khanwebhost shared hosting service for a long time and can express the point that this web host is a solid hosting provider with services that can scale. I haven't tried their VPS stuff, but I am excited to try it when I have a little extra money, it sounds really cool.
