We apologize for the inconvenience but we have to deny this claim that these are not genuine airpods, these are seller upgraded and refurbished.
Please note that these are replaced with aftermarket Grade A OEM Parts and we can't compare them with brand new as the quality may differ because of the refurbishment process. The internal components are Apple but the external body can be changed due to hygienic reasons.
If you are looking for flawless quality and performance, we request you to kindly buy brand new Apple AirPods from our website with Apple Warranty, these brand new items start from £240.00. These are refurbished products, which is why they are cheaper than brand-new ones.
You are still covered with the seller warranty as well as eligible for a full refund but for that, we have to get the item back so that we can raise an investigation with the suppliers. We source thousands of items from different suppliers around the UK so until we get this item back we are unable to recognize the supplier or from which batch it was sold.

The response, both to my original order and to the problem I had, was very rapid.
The attempt to resolve the problem was good, although not entirely successful, which may have been partly due to my not knowing the right names for the varieties of USB plugs.

I bought Apple AirPods for my son but I was a bit confused when they arrived as said yesido my son is very particular but he loves them and says they sound great and paired with the phone fine.
