My experience with Keystone London Group has been extremely disappointing, plumber turned up and it became evident there was a big disconnect with communication between plumber and their own admin team, their whole aspect of their demeanour/representation/ professionalism/communication is terrible and I felt they were making assumptions even in person about my situation instead of listening to the information I provided as a customer, From the start it felt like they were more focused on what they could charge me/cancellation charges rather than understanding the job or even properly assessing the situation first hand. I was not taken seriously, and their approach and the plumber approach made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t feel confident letting the plumber into my home today.
This entire experience has left me questioning what Keystone London Group actually represents — whether they are efficient or simply operating like a cowboy company beneath the surface as up to a week of going back and forth with their admin staff with no real progress and constant miscommunication I felt from my end I am now forced to look for another plumbing company to complete the repair I would like to get done.
Their admin team whom has taken my booking/enquiry needs to take accountability for their lack of listening, lack of understanding, and the poor information they passed on to their plumber as they are the first point of contact, they should be setting the standard but in this case, they have completely failed to do so along with due diligence and clarity of care.
Overall, the experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I’m unable to move forward confidently with the service.

Very responsive and helpful, reached out regarding a water pump issue and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. Great value for money as well when compared to other plumbers.

We had an issue with our toilet flush and Daniel really saved the day. He was quick to respond, very accommodating with timing, and came fully prepared with everything needed. The repair was completed within an hour, and he put the wall and furniture back neatly after finishing the job. Daniel was polite, professional, and left everything spotless. Look no further—it’s hard to imagine finding a better plumbing engineer.

Gas cooker disconnection of older appliance and pipe capping was carried out quickly, along with safety checks and relighting gas water heater afterwards.

Visit was arranged at short notice at convenient time.
